This is the moment we’ve all been waiting for people. The moment that we’ve been looking forward to ever since the credits rolled on The Hobbit : An Unexpected Journey. And now that the moment is upon us, words fail to describe our excitement.

The Desolation of Smaug looks even more incredible than the first Hobbit installment (which didn’t quite deliver the epic story that Lord of the Rings did). First impressions lead us to believe that there will be some serious action in this second installment (not just involving the dragon either), with some old faces (welcome back Legolas!) and some new ones (Kate from Lost is that really you?).

If you found it difficult to sit still through An Unexpected Journey, chances are this film won’t be any easier on you. At this stage though, these films are for fans of the Tolkien series and with them in mind, this teaser couldn’t have offered up anything more satisfying.
