During this year’s EGX 2014, Jean-Maxime Moris – Creative Director at Dontnod Entertainment – unveiled more about their upcoming episodic storytelling adventure game, Life Is Strange. You can read more about the game here.
Today Life Is Strange creators Dontnod Entertainment and publisher Square Enix announced the release date for the first episode of what will be a five part series, launching on all platforms on January 30th 2015.
Dontnod Entertainment are offering players a variety of ways to purchase this new episodic series, either purchasing each individual episode of Life Is Strange as they come out costing £3.99 each, or taking the plunge and buying the complete season of episode 1-5 for £15.99.
Alternatively for the more cautious players out there, there is the option to purchase the first episode for £3.99 as a way to test out the game, and then purchase the remaining episodes through a season pass costing £13.99.
The first Life Is Strange trailer has also been released today to mark the lead up to the game’s final release in just under a month and half’s time.
