If there’s one early summer blockbuster we’re really looking forward to, it’s Tomorrowland: A World Beyond. And how could we not be excited by a film that involves time/space travel, a flying bath and laser traps that slice people into bits (Resident Evil anyone?).

The third trailer released by Disney expands upon the first two trailers by revealing more of the initial exchange between George Clooney’s disillusioned Frank and Britt Robertson’s curious Casey.

Bound by a shared destiny, Frank and Casey embark on a mission to discover the secrets of a mysterious place called ‘Tomorrowland’. The actual place – located somewhere in space and time – is a high-tech, otherworldly land that looks like the very definition of a visual treat.

The film was written by Brad Bird and Lost co-creator Damon Lindelof, so we’re not ruling out angry smoke monsters and random polar bear appearances just yet. The supporting cast includes Hugh Laurie as scientist David Nix, as well as Tim McGraw, Judy Greer and Kathryn Hahn.

Tomorrowland: A World Beyond opens in UK cinemas on May 22. As Clooney’s Frank says, “You ain’t seen nothing yet”.
