Installations have become more and more popular with contemporary artists, particularly those who experiment with light, sound and film. It’s a way of bringing art directly to people, of creating an immersive event, something that’s not merely seen or heard but experienced.
Cyclique by Collectif Coin et Nohista is one of our favourite installations to date, as captured in this Nohista vimeo video. It’s a 700 square-metre structure, composed of 256 balloons inflated with helium and equipped with LED lights. The installation changes shape with the wind, creating an unmissable experience. Watch the video and prepare to be wowed.
