Glastonbury_2013Well Glastonbury has passed us by for another year and one of the highlights has undoubtably got to be The Rolling Stones finally gracing the festival with their distinctive brand of rock and roll. Whether you were in the middle of the crowds at Worthy Farm or enjoying the spectacle from the comfort of your sofa at home, Glasto is the best live music event of summer so far. Frontman Mick Jagger proved he’s still got the twitchy moves that inspired Maroon 5 and, with an energy that rivals that of a 20 year old, younger bands should be taking note. So, with The Rolling Stones back on the world’s radar (did they ever leave?!), it seems only fitting for the band to kick off our July music playlist with Doom And Gloom, a cracking song taken from their latest album GRRR!. With the likes of newcomer Lauren Aquilina and Youtube favourite Max Schneider featured, in addition to brand new music from Gavin Degraw and Jimmy Eat World, we hope you enjoy our latest summer playlist.
